Leadership

Leadership usually belongs to the least anxious presence in the room. It doesn’t matter who is the leader by title or position, the leadership falls to the least anxious in the room. The next time you are around a board room, a living room, a conference room or a play room – just watch and see.  Especially in times of crisis or conflict, whomever is least anxious will automatically be the person everyone looks to for leadership in that moment.
